Consent to Electronic Billing Statements (e-Bill) and Other Materials

By checking the box, you consent to receive email notification of your Harris County W.C.I.D. #50 e-Bill statements and the availability of information normally included with the paper billing statements, as well as agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

The following terms and conditions of use are required for participation in the e-Billing program:

  1. Agree to receive email notifications of the availability of an e-Bill for water service.
  2. Agree that it is your responsibility to keep your email address up-to-date.
  3. Acknowledge the e-Bill notification will only be sent to the email address registered with this e-Billing program.
  4. Acknowledge Harris County W.C.I.D. #50 cannot guarantee that your email will be delivered to your inbox given the individual use of "SPAM" filters and privacy settings.
  5. Agree that if a "Balance Forward" is due on the e-Bill, payment must be made immediately to avoid additional late fees.

Harris County W.C.I.D. #50 reserves the right to cancel this service, change the terms of your use of this service, or terminate your use of this service at any time with or without cause. We also reserve the right to send you important billing statements and information about your account via the U.S. Postal Service.

Important notice: The information you have elected to receive electronically is confidential in nature. Harris County W.C.I.D. #50 is not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties to information and/or communications provided electronically nor any damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages caused by any unauthorized access. Harris County W.C.I.D. #50 is not responsible for delays in the transmission of any information. In the event that you do not receive an anticipated e-mail notification of an available e-Bill, it is your responsibility to access your account online or contact the Harris County W.C.I.D. #50 to obtain the amount due and arrange for payment for your water service. Harris County W.C.I.D. #50 is not responsible for any computer virus or related problems. If your email changes it is your responsibility to update your account information.
