Attention Online eBillng customers: SBMWD has transitioned to a new billing system and as a result your utility account number has changed. For customers enrolled in SBMWD Online eBilling, your profile has been updated with your new utility account number and will reflect on all future bill statements. If you are making a one-time payment via the QuickPay option, please ensure you are utilizing your new account number which is reflected on bill statements dated after July 22, 2024. Please contact our Customer Service team at (909) 384-5095 if you have any questions about this change.
E-check/Online QuickPay payments are not accepted for accounts that have been disconnected for non-payment. Acceptable payment is cash or money order in the Customer Service office or Credit/Debit card by phone at 1-877-238-6048 or online at https://acipayonline.com/index.jsp.
