City of Manhattan Beach Refund Policy

Payments made in excess of the total bill amount will show as a credit on the customer's next bill. Questions concerning refunds of erroneous payments may be addressed in writing to Revenue Services Department, 1400 Highland Ave., Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. If approved, the refund will be made in the form of a check, made payable to the name on the City of Manhattan Beach account. The refund process may take up to 30 days.
